Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with FitMyWall. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.

1. Cancelling your subscription

  • Web app plans: cancel anytime from your Account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • Shopify app plans: uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin cancels the subscription. Shopify manages app billing on your behalf.

2. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by law.
  • If you were charged in error, or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
  • Free trials (where offered) are not charged; you will only be billed if you continue after the trial.

3. Shopify-billed plans

For plans billed through Shopify, refunds are subject to Shopify’s billing policies. We can request a credit or refund through Shopify on your behalf where appropriate; contact us and we’ll help.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@fitmywall.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
